Bag Policy
Attendees are encouraged not to bring bags but if they do: they are allowed to bring clear bags that must be 12 inches wide, 12 inches long, 6 inches deep (12”W X 6”D X 12”H). Clear plastic 1-gallon, re-sealable storage bag and small clutches no larger than 6.5’ and 4.5” with out without a strap or handle. An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Clear bags will be provided to all attendees who do NOT bring the required bag type upon arrival.
What is the dress code or attire for this event?
All WREIN Live attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire. Clothing with offensive or inappropriate designs or stamps are not allowed. Clothing should be modest and not be too revealing as this is a corporate event for women.
Event Access
All attendees must wear their badges to enter the event. Badges can be retrieved from the Event Staff upon arrival starting at 8am CT each day of the event.
Refund Policy
There is no refund at all on any digital products. You will receive access to Women’s REIN programs for the amount of time that was stated on the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately, via email to
[email protected], so we can resolve the issue.
All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.
Please be advised that any and all agreements for downloadable/digital products, Women’s REIN programs are NOT subject to cancellation, refund or store credit.
WREIN Live hopes everyone who registers for the event will be able to attend; however, we know extenuating circumstances do occur. The WREIN Live Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
There is only one ticket change request allowed per ticket or per purchase and all tickets are non-transferable without notifying Customer Service to transfer the ticket for you. We reserve the right to deny any subsequent ticket change requests. For a full list of terms and conditions please visit here.
After April 13, 2022, cancellations and/or refunds will no longer be accepted. However, if you have an in person ticket and cannot attend you will be given virtual access to the event. Virtual access is non-refundable. This is our official WREIN Live cancellation policy. Please email

Student Ticket Policy
If a student registers for VIP Access and does not attend the WREIN Event, they will be held accountable for the $997 purchase price. If a student registers for General Admission for the WREIN Live event and does not attend, they will not be held accountable for that ticket purchase.
COVID-19 Guidelines
We follow all CDC Guidelines and all local, state, and federal governmental regulations in order to provide a safe environment for event attendees. We also take precautions, such as temperature screening, social distancing guides. However, this is not a guarantee or a promise of a virus-free environment. We will follow the rules of the event venue which may have stricter masking policies we must follow in order to hold the event. If necessary, we may convert an event into a virtual experience
Alcohol Policy
Any attendees under the age of 21 will not be permitted to enter spaces hosting cocktail hour.
Food and Beverage Policy
No outside food and beverages will be permitted. Empty reusable water bottles are allowed into the venue. Prepackaged water will NOT be allowed unless it's purchased inside the facility.
ADA Accessibility
Entrances to the suite level of the Curtis Culwell Center are wheelchair accessible. Designated disabled parking is conveniently located at all entrances. If there is a charge for parking for your event you DO NOT need to purchase VIP parking for accessible parking. All accessible spaces are priced at the general admission parking rate. Elevators are available inside the Curtis Culwell Center on the EAST side of the facility to provide access between levels. Disabled seating is available at various locations inside the bowl. The Curtis Culwell Center is equipped with an in-house assistive listening device (ALD) system for the hearing-impaired. Accessible seating is available for all events(paid/free). Accessible seating is a first come first served process for free events and is available for purchase online for paid events.
